Hiring just one person, or even two, to handle your marketing will not give you all these experts. If you hire your own people, you will need to have someone who can train them. While it isn't too much of a problem to hire and train one person, once, it can be time and money-consuming if the person quits. A marketing company will always have people available to get your advertising done. Even if there is a turnover of one or two within the company, there will be others who know what is going on with your campaign so you won't notice any problems.
Contact a few different marketing companies and find the one that you feel will best work with your business. It would be best to go with one that has worked with your type of business. You don't want to go with a company that deals mostly with service-type businesses if you have a retail shop. While it might take an extra month or so to find the right company, once you do, things will start happening and your business will grow.
